More About Me

Born and raised in Southern California, Michael Anderschat grew up immersed in family, adventure, and a love for the outdoors. Whether camping under the stars, waterskiing on local lakes, or spending weekends with his grandparents, Michael developed a lifelong appreciation for connection and exploration. He spent his early school years in Northridge before relocating to Valencia during high school. Shortly after graduating, Michael joined his father in the commercial construction industry, launching a successful 34-year career. Along the way, he married, bought his first home, and started a family—all in Valencia. Among his proudest achievements is being a father to his son, with whom he shares a deep passion for aviation. The two bonded over airshows, air races, and flight lessons, with Michael ultimately earning his solo license and experiencing the joy of piloting firsthand. Professionally, Michael’s drive and leadership propelled him from a foreman to a Project Executive at a prominent commercial construction firm. In this role, he led major initiatives across marketing, client services, cost control, and operations. His ability to foster strong relationships, manage complex projects, and deliver consistent results earned him a reputation as a trusted leader in the industry. Following the pandemic and inspired by a desire for a fresh start, Michael and his wife relocated to Knoxville, Tennessee, where they built their dream home. He quickly fell in love with East Tennessee—the people, the lifestyle, and the lake life—and has found joy in welcoming new friends and neighbors into the community. Now embarking on a new chapter, Michael has embraced a long-held passion for real estate. Combining decades of construction and marketing experience with a keen understanding of property and people, he brings a strategic, client-focused approach to every transaction. His mission is simple: to provide value, insight, and custom-tailored solutions that help buyers and sellers achieve their unique goals. When he’s not working, Michael loves spending time with his grandchildren and hosting family and friends in Knoxville—sharing the warmth, beauty, and hospitality of East Tennessee that he now calls home.
